Time: 1st class: 6pm - 7pm ** Mon, Tues, Wed and Thursdays
Time: 2nd Class at 7:30pm - 8:30pm ** Mon, Tues and Thursdays
(Abs after 7:30pm class on Mon. and Thurs. *bring a mat*)
FEE PER CLASS $4.00
(:$9 for your first class - includes $5 one time-registration fee and $4 for class:)
(:once you are registered with Nelia's class you will pay $4/class from there on:)

Make sure you bring a small towel (you WILL sweat) and water! If you happen to forget water, we will have bottled water available for purchase.
